10 November 2011- In partnership with Jamsetji Tata Centre for Disastrous Management, Tata Insitute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai MEI@ND held a workshop on Challenges to Conflict Resolution: A Focus on the Dynamics in the Middle East during 10-12 November in TISS, Mumbai. Headed by the Honorary Director, the team comprised of four researchers of MEI@ND.
28 October 2011- The MEI@ND organized its first public event, a panel discussion on India and Arab Spring: Implications and Option . The panelists were Ambassador Chinmaya R Gharekhan, Dr. Arvind Gupta (IDSA), Prof. A K Pasha (JNU) and Commodore C Uday Bhaskar. This event was in collaboration with India International Centre.
