is Associate Professor of Geography at the University of Miami and specializes Jewish geography and demography. He is a member of the National Technical Advisory Committee of UJA Federation of North American that designed the National Jewish Population Survey in 1990 and 2000. He has published numerous articles on Jewish demographics.
