Algeria and China celebrated the 60^th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic ties, with Algeria issuing a new postal stamp to mark this occasion. A ceremony organized by Foreign Ministry in the International Conferences Centre in Algiers was addressed by Algerian Foreign Minister, Abdelkader Messahel, and newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador to Algeria, Li Lianhe. China-Qatar visa exemption agreement

State Councillor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs of Qatar, co-chaired the first meeting of a China-Qatar inter-governmental strategic dialogue mechanism in Beijing. Chinese doctors provide free surgeries to cataract patients in Sudan

Khartoum, Wednesday, 5 December 2018

The Chinese aid programme to Sudan, known as "Brightness Action 2018," was co-launched by Khartoum State's Health Ministry and the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Sudan. It was stated that a Chinese medical team of eight members would conduct 250 free surgeries to Sudanese cataract patients at the Eye Hospital of Al-Nilain University in Khartoum.
