Reshma Raichal Mani did her postgraduate in International Studies from Stella Maris College, Chennai and her dissertation was on Geostrategic Significance of Indian Ocean and India’s Interests. She was a research intern at National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. She was an intern from  November 2020 to January 2021.
