Constitutional Court of Kuwait ruled that the parliamentary elections held on 2 February were void and decided to restore the previous assembly. It attributed its ruling to Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah drawing up the decree for the elections after the Cabinet resigned.
